By creating an account on Gamma you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Gamma is a cognitive readiness monitor that scores your cognitive state from EEG data captured by a consumer Muse 2 headset, optionally combined with data from Apple Health and Oura Ring. The service is provided as-is for personal informational use.
Gamma is not a medical device. The scores, zones, and insights produced by Gamma are not a diagnosis and must not be used to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Do not make medical decisions based on Gamma. If you have a health concern, consult a qualified clinician.
Gamma requires a Muse 2 headset, which you supply. We are not responsible for hardware defects, battery life, or Bluetooth reliability of devices we do not manufacture. Connecting Apple Health or Oura is optional; we are not responsible for outages or data quality from those services.
You own your raw data. We have a license to process it to provide the service to you and, in de-identified aggregate form, to improve the cognitive scoring model and to publish research. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Do not attempt to reverse-engineer the scoring algorithm, scrape the service, abuse the API beyond rate limits, or use the service to harm others. We may suspend accounts that do.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice before they take effect.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gamma is provided without warranties of any kind. LifeInk Neuro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
